480P costs 5 credits per second. 768P costs 8 credits per second. A 5-second video costs 25 or 40 credits. The cost is the same across Product Agent, Text to Video, and Image to Video.
Each new account receives 40 welcome credits once. Use them for a 5-second video at 768P, an 8-second video at 480P, or another supported combination within your balance. There is no recurring free monthly allowance.
Starter includes 400 credits each month; Pro includes 1,600. Annual plans also release credits monthly. Each monthly subscription grant expires at the next credit-month boundary and does not roll over. Welcome credits and purchased credit packs do not expire.
An upgrade takes effect after payment is confirmed. You pay the remaining-period price difference and receive the remaining credit-month difference between plan allowances. Your current credit balance does not change that calculation.
Schedule cancellation from your billing settings. You keep your current benefits through the paid period. For a downgrade or a different billing cycle, purchase your chosen plan after the current period ends.
A technical generation failure returns the reserved credits automatically. Regenerating a completed video is a new paid task. For payment questions or refund requests, contact support; requests are reviewed individually.
