Yearly plans charge the full year upfront. The main monthly figure is an average, not a monthly installment: Starter is $59.40 per year ($4.95 per month on average), and Pro is $179.40 per year ($14.95 per month on average). This is 50% less than paying the corresponding monthly price for 12 months. Credits are still released monthly.

480P costs 5 credits per second. 768P costs 8 credits per second. A 5-second video costs 25 or 40 credits. The cost is the same across Product Agent, Text to Video, and Image to Video.

Each new account receives 40 welcome credits once. Use them for a 5-second video at 768P, an 8-second video at 480P, or another supported combination within your balance. There is no recurring free monthly allowance.

Starter includes 400 credits each month; Pro includes 1,600. Annual plans also release credits monthly. Each monthly subscription grant expires at the next credit-month boundary and does not roll over. Welcome credits and purchased credit packs do not expire.

For a same-cycle upgrade, choose an immediate change in Waffo and review the prorated charge before confirming. Benefits update after payment confirmation, and H3 Max adds the prorated difference between monthly credit allowances. Your existing credit balance does not change that calculation.

For Waffo subscriptions, open Billing and confirm a next-renewal change in Waffo, including any required payment-method verification. Downgrades and monthly/yearly switches keep your current benefits until expiry; the chosen plan is charged automatically at renewal and starts after payment succeeds. A selection alone is not confirmation. You can cancel renewal and keep your benefits through the paid period. Legacy Creem subscriptions must finish before purchasing a new Waffo plan.

A technical generation failure returns the reserved credits automatically. Regenerating a completed video is a new paid task. For payment questions or refund requests, contact support; requests are reviewed individually.
