This policy describes how the H3 Max website handles information used to create and manage AI videos.
We may collect the following types of information:
When you submit a generation request, the required images, prompt, and settings are sent to fal.ai to run H3 Max Turbo. Generated videos are copied to private storage for access from your account. Your uploads and generated results are not automatically published in the website's example gallery.
Saved generator and batch drafts use browser storage so you can return after signing in or reloading. Clearing site data removes those local drafts. Server-side uploads that are not attached to a saved task are cleaned up after seven days. Saved task media stays in History until you delete it. Deletion removes access in the application immediately; a background process then removes stored files. Previously issued short-lived download links may remain usable until they expire or the file is removed.
Prepared ZIP downloads expire after seven days. Deleting a source video also invalidates its prepared downloads. Payment and credit records may be retained separately for accounting and dispute handling.
We use your information for the following purposes:
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Service providers process information necessary for their functions: fal.ai for model generation, Creem for hosted payments, private object storage and database services for account data, and email delivery for account and support messages. Google receives sign-in information when you choose Google sign-in. Security verification and support chat may use Cloudflare Turnstile and Crisp when configured.
Provider processing is also governed by their applicable terms and agreements. See fal's privacy policy for its published privacy information. This policy does not promise that third-party systems follow the same retention schedule as your H3 Max History.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
