These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the H3 Max website and its AI video generation services. H3 Max is an independent website that provides access to H3 Max Turbo through fal.ai. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain your rights in the content you upload. You authorize us and the providers required to run your request to process that content to generate, store, and deliver your videos. This does not grant permission to publish your uploads or results as public marketing examples.
Upload only content you have permission to use. Review generated videos before publishing them, including product appearance, trademarks, written claims, and any depicted people. Generated results may contain inaccuracies, and the service does not guarantee advertising performance or that every output is suitable for every intended use.
Generation costs are shown before submission and depend on duration and resolution. Technical generation failures return the credits reserved for that task. An explicit regeneration creates a new paid task; dissatisfaction with a successfully generated result does not automatically return credits.
Registration credits and purchased credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits are issued monthly, including on annual subscriptions, and expire at the end of their credit month. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
Subscriptions renew until cancellation is scheduled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Upgrades take effect after payment confirmation, with the applicable remaining-period price and credit difference. For a downgrade or a change of billing cycle, cancel renewal, retain your current benefits through the paid period, then purchase your chosen plan after it ends.
Contact support with your account email and purchase details for billing questions or refund requests. Requests are reviewed individually; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
